Orders are not considered confirmed until expressly accepted by Ez Eatz.

If you submit information, reviews, comments, feedback, photos, or other content to Ez Eatz, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for business purposes.

• UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be secure, error-free, or continuously available.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EZ EATZ, INC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EZ EATZ'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• $100 USD; OR
• THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO EZ EATZ DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ez Eatz, Inc. and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your violation of these Terms; or
• Your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe:

• These Terms have been violated;
• Fraudulent activity has occurred;
